Educational Sales
Films purchased at the Institutional sale price may be used by a college, university, or large independent library or academic organization in the following contexts/situations:
• In an academic/classroom setting
• As part of an educational institution’s library catalog, and may be kept in the institution’s library and loaned out to patrons of said library an unlimited number of times
For an additional licensing fee, “digital rights” may be purchased by academic institutions for storage on their own servers and streaming to their community. Please contact DER directly for a quote based on the length of the license period.

Home Use Sales
Films purchased at the Home Use sale price may be used by an individual in the following contexts/situations:
• In a private home or office setting, not in the context of a group or organizational meeting
